One of the main objectives we have this year at the Cornermen is to look to secure our long term future, so that we can continue to offer our service to men in South Oxfordshire. Some of the ways we are doing this is by bringing in people that have skills that can help us develop the project and by sharpening up our governance structure. With this in mind we have been lucky enough to bring in Steve Vinnicombe. Steve Joins us as Director, alongside the founders Steve James & John Houston.
Steve is a member of South Moreton Boxing Club (where The Cornermen is based) has been a supporter of what we are trying to achieve in our communities since the very beginning.
He is also the CEO of MACH Technology at Delta Capita, an accredited life coach, advisor and Non-Executive Director.
For 30 years Steve has delivered complex change in capital markets. Between 1999 and 2010 he progressed to partner at Accenture with JPMorgan, Barclays and Bank of America as clients.
At Capco, Steve was part of a leadership team that grew the business from 100 people in 2010 to 650 in 2016 and more than £100m in revenue.
At Delta Capita, Steve is applying blockchain technology to the different cost cutting and revenue generating opportunities across capital markets.
Steve lives in Oxfordshire and is married with two children. As a keen sportsman he is Chairman of Moreton Cricket Club and a member at Huntercombe GC.
He was an obvious choice and we are delighted he agreed to join us.
